SDHmini-Ex Dewpoint Hygrometer
This dewpoint hygrometer features a handheld, fully self-contained design, making it exceptionally convenient for rapid spot checks. Furthermore, it delivers impressive accuracy of ±3.6 °F (±2 °C) dewpoint, so you can rely on precise measurements. The dewpoint hygrometer is certified intrinsically safe and meets UL, ATEX, and IECEx standards for intrinsic safety, allowing you to operate it confidently in hazardous areas.
Moreover, the desiccant dry-down chamber provides instantaneous readings, so you get results without delay. The AutoCal (automatic calibration) function simplifies maintenance, while USB and Bluetooth connectivity options let you transfer data seamlessly. The rechargeable battery powers the SDHmini-Ex dewpoint hygrometer for over 150 hours between charges, which significantly reduces downtime.
You can select your preferred engineering units and benefit from advanced data logging and memory management features. With the SHAW SDHmini User Tool software, you can easily download data to your PC. To enhance versatility, you can add the compatible SDH-PSS sample system. Plus, you can choose either the standard or logging model to ensure you have the right solution for your specific needs.
AcuDew Dewpoint Transmitters
The Shaw AcuDew delivers robust and reliable performance for trace moisture measurement in process gases and dry compressed air. Its stainless steel construction and M12 connector ensure strength and durability while the transmitter provides excellent sensitivity, repeatability and fast response in demanding industrial environments.
This 2‑wire, loop‑powered 4–20 mA transmitter offers multiple measurement ranges covering ‑120 °C to +20 °C (‑184 °F to +68 °F) dewpoint, with an accuracy of ±2 °C (±3.6 °F). Users can configure outputs in °C or °F dewpoint, ppm(v), ppb(v), g/m³ or lb/MMSCF. The AcuDew simplifies maintenance with its AutoCal calibration function and built‑in open/short circuit detection for added reliability.
Built to withstand tough conditions, it is rated IP66 (NEMA 4X) weatherproof and pressure tested up to 35,000 kPa (350 bar), allowing direct installation into pipelines. The AcuDew integrates seamlessly with Shaw instruments including AcuLoop plug in signal indicator, AcuVu panel mount hygrometer, AcuTrak single-channel inline hygrometer and sample systems such as the SU4 and SWS weatherproof sample system, providing a complete and flexible solution for accurate, long‑term moisture measurement in industrial gas and air applications.
